Cap N' Snap is gacha style a chewing gum looking machine where using closures as payment you can get a random cosmetic or decoration plan. If you have a bottle cap in your inventory, simply interact with the machine and use it. There are only two machines per biome, but there are plenty of caps in the world, so collecting all the rewards isn't difficult.
