WWE 2K24 he'll be introducing some traded Superstars to the game soon. Since the debut of Persona v WWE 2K24's MyFaction, several alternate versions of characters have been added over the past few months. This mode gave the developers a chance to debut and create new costumes and gimmicks for those on the roster. What makes Persona cards great is that these unlockables can be used in other modes besides the aforementioned MyFaction.

An interesting WWE 2K24 leak found within the latest patch brings good news for fans of Straight-Edge Superstar CM Punk.
Popular WWE 2K24 content creator WhatsTheStatus shared his discovery of the upcoming Superstars set of gimmick swaps. New WWE 2K24 Persona cards will be coming to MyFaction in the near future and will include CM Punk as Roddy Piper and Rhea Ripley as Triple H, among others. There's also Kevin Owens dressed as Stone Cold Steve Austin, complete with bald cap. WhatsTheStatus added that data has been found for two other characters, but no in-game models can be found at this time. Two rumors are Shawn Michaels as Hulk Hogan and Undertaker as Shawn Michaels.

It's been a while since the game added fantasy characters. The last original idea was when WWE 2K24 added Demastered in patch 1.11. Even then, the new stuff itself was mostly just a few characters with low-poly models. While WWE has explored the concept of gimmick swaps before through various WWE photoshoots, most of the inclusions here are based on stark comparisons. The most obvious one is Kevin Owens as Stone Cold, as the former uses the Stunner finisher.
Many in the comments section believe there is potential for MyFaction packs like these. For those who remember WWE 2K20 The DLC went the fantasy route, adding fictional alternate versions of existing wrestlers. While this game received a terrible reception due to its many flaws, many remember that it was a brave and bold idea to try something new to freshen up the roster. Hopefully, WWE 2K24MyFaction Persona cards can try and explore this concept of originality. There could be future hope to see the likes of Southpaw Wrestling again or even other unique ideas.
