How did Luffy meet Boa Hancock?
Luffy was sent to Amazon Lily Bartholomew Kum. He tried to save the Pirates of Straw Hat from Kizar, who wanted to capture them. After Shichibai sent Luffy's crew to other destinations, he used his power to send Luffy to Amazon Lily. Immediately after his arrival, Luffy was captured, but it wasn't long before he broke out. Because only women were on the island, Luffy became the most discussed topic. Marguerite traced him, but she didn't kill him; Instead, she decided to help him.
When things got worse, Luffy escaped again. He realized that escape without a ship is not impossible, so he decided to enter the largest building in the hope of finding someone to help him. But he had no idea that it was Hancock's residence. When Hancock saw Luffy, she was outraged. Shichibukai immediately used her Mero Mero no Powers, but she was surprised that they had no effect on him. But Hancock managed to hit Luffy's attack on Haki infusion, who led to his captivity.

Boa Hancock failed to people because of her experience. She was taken away by the heavenly dragons who took advantage of her and her sisters. It was just natural for her to hate other people. But Luffy gained her with his innocence and kindness. He didn't care about Hancock's beauty or her position. He considered it only another person.
Luffy liked her over time. She hugs her and is glad to see her. But it does not come from the place of love, but rather friendship. On the other hand, Hancock is completely in love with him and wants to be with him all the time. Whether Luffy will return these feelings in the future is uncertain, but fans who want to see them together hope that ODA shares its vision.
