All Glugging from Deep Collectibles
There are nine collectibles in Glugging from the Deep, including newspapers, baseball cards, blueprints, and mannequins. The list below shows the full breakdown.

Head to the docks and enter the port area
Schematic
At the very beginning of the level, jump on the crates forward and left. Then jump towards the Warp-Pipe and use it to fall onto the pipe attached to the wall. Go through the window and look to the right to find a diagram on the table.
Baseball card
Go back through the window and return to the ground where you started. Go down the stairs, enter the factory room and defeat all the enemies to make a trampoline appear in the northwest corner. Before jumping on the trampoline, use the vent next to it to reach the baseball card.
Now use the trampoline to reach the scaffolding. Jump across the gap, go through the corridor with the typewriter and continue to get outside. Go through the corridor to reach a small staircase that leads to the docks.
Find a way to dive underwater in Fart Harbor
Before you go underwater, you need to collect the heavy steel boots, rubber suit and Eddy's diving helmet.
A can of sea slugs
At the bottom of the stairs, go forward and left to find a can of Sea Slugs in a shipping container. For more information on this item, see our Slugs in the Shell guide.
News
Look at the small boat in the water. There are cracks in the wall opposite the ship and you can destroy it with d-namite. Go through the Warp-Pipe that is revealed and find the newspaper on the crate.
Schematic
Use the Warp-Pipe to return to the docks and climb the ladder on the south side to reach the switch. Turn it around and jump down to the top of the train on your left. Jump to the next platform and flip the switch to move the crane.
Use the Grapple Tail to swing from the crane to the roof. Jump and use Tail-a-Choppa to get around the large tank and onto the chain platform. Go up the slanted roof to the left, crouch and jump through the hole in the wall and follow it to find a schematic room.
Figurine
Go back through the vent, drop to the ground, and climb back up the ladder you used to reach the first switch. Jump over the railing to get to the roof and go all the way to the end, jumping over the partial fence that tries to stop you. At the end, drop down onto the wooden slats below to find a secret room. Once Veloper stops talking, a figurine will appear here.
Use the Warp-Pipe in the Figurine room and return to the docks. Go through the large opening next to the ladder and follow the tracks to the Hungry Pelican. Go inside and talk to Tammy.
How to get Heavy Steel Boots
Schematic
Flip the switch next to the typewriter in the Hungry Pelican and interact with the Warp-Pipe that opens to return to the docks. Jump into the train car on the right and talk to Eddy to get the heavy spiked boots. There is a diagram on the crate in the wagon.
How to get a rubber suit
Go to the Hungry Pelican one more time, but don't enter. Instead, go forward and left to reach a small staircase. Jump across the gap below and enter the door on the right. Crawl through the industrial area and when you enter the last room look to the right to find a Rubber Suit by the wall.
Get Eddy's diving helmet
Baseball card
After defeating the enemies that appear, go through the opening in the northeast corner of the room and head left. Jump across the gap and look in the shipping container to find a Baseball Card.
Go back across the gap and go down the ladder on the left. Follow the main path back to the docks and approach the bottom of the stairs you first entered the area through. You'll find a Warp-Pipe here, and the diving helmet is in a room you can get to by walking through it.
Back to Tammy & Dive Underwater
Use the Warp-Pipe to return to the docks and head for the Hungry Pelican once more. Talk to Tammy and enter the cage and dive.
Find Ze Submarine
Schematic
Now that you're underwater, follow the main path of the fishing fish areas until you're forced to go through a shipping container. When you emerge, look to the right and climb the ladder in front of you. Follow the optional path above to reach a safe that contains a Schematic.
Poke around the pan
Continue along the optional path to reach an alcove with Sleeps with the Fishes. Talk to him. Check out our Friends in Deep Places walkthrough to learn more about this interaction.
Return to the main path and approach the submarine. Use the Warp-Pipe to enter it and confront Professor Ze.
How to beat Ze Professor
To defeat Ze Professor, follow these steps:

Shoot the ball turrets on the wall until they explode. This causes the force fields to dissipate around the pipes in the room.

Destroy all pipes in the room.

Repeat this process in the following rooms.

When Ze Professor appears, simply shoot him until his health drops to zero.
Grab the professor's Ze note and escape the Ze submarine
Schematic
Pick up the clue Ze Professor drops, flip the switch in the control room and enter the diving suit to exit the submarine. Before working on Jack's car, look on the ground by the fishing fish to find a schematic.
Drive back to the office, pack the briefcase with Wanda and curry, and pin up your remaining missing magic tracks
Back at the PI office, talk to Wanda and Stilton at Little & Big. Also, talk to Cameron and John to complete the side quests Friends in the Deep and Snails in a Shell. Then head to Jack's office and pin your tracks to the crime wall to complete Glugging from the Deep.

There are nine collectibles in Glugging from the Deep: one newspaper, two baseball cards, five schematics, and one action figure. There is an item associated with the Snails in a Shell side quest and a photo to be taken for the Friends in the Deep places side mission.
Are Fart Harbor collectibles unmissable?
After completing Glugging from the Deep, you cannot return to Fart Harbor for the collectibles you missed. However, missed newspapers, comics and baseball cards can be purchased at Nut Soup (PI Office area) or Roadhouses.
