Judging the difference in power between Jinwoo and Andre
As for the Hunter rating, both Jinwoo and Thomas Andre would definitely fit into the Hunter category at the national level. Technically, Thomas Andre is recognized as the nation's number one strongest hunter, above the likes of Christopher Reed and Liu Zhigang. Despite this, Jinwoo is no match. By the time Jinwoo faces Thomas Andre, he has already unlocked his Black Heart and awakened it. Jinwoo has also greatly improved from other battles such as the encounters in the Double Dungeon arc.
Even with Thomas Andre's Spirit Body Manifestation, he is simply outclassed and easily defeated. Thomas is definitely far from Jinwoo's biggest challenge. However, he can be a big challenge for the current Jinwo who was seen at the end of season 2. Either way, Jinwoo will demonstrate why he is the greatest hunter in the world and why only the strongest monarchs can stand up to him as his battle with the strongest National Hunter comes to life.
