Stardew Valley Trick can help with performance issues after the latest update

Some Stardew Valley players are reportedly experiencing performance issues after the release of the latest update. Players recently received the long-awaited 1.6 update Stardew Valley on consoles and mobile, but there seem to be some hiccups that its developer is currently identifying and addressing.

Stardew Valley fans have been generally excited about the update so far. While those on PC have had access to the 1.6 update for a while now, the new 1.6.9 release actually added a few little things to the game for them, such as new portraits of Pelican Town residents like Shane and Sam. However, the new launch seems to be plagued by some issues that have yet to be fixed.

Stardew Valley's recent update adds an interesting secret feature to the mobile version of the popular farming simulator.

ConcernedApe, Stardew Valley's developer has issued a PSA to fans that if they are experiencing performance issues in their game, they should check any pets they have. Pets can wear hats in normal play, but for some reason there seems to be a bug associated with them wearing hats. For now, ConcernedApe says hats off to your pets. This can be achieved by selecting a hat in the inventory and clicking on its pet. Hat Stardew Valley the animal it is carrying will be removed and placed in the user's inventory. At this time, horses and sea urchins do not appear to be affected by this bug.

Stardew Valley fans react to Bug and his “Lore”

Some Stardew Valley fans have noticed that they seem to be experiencing this issue as their frame rate drops after putting a hat on a pet. The exact reason why the hats cause the problem isn't clear, but ConcernedApe shared a “lore” reason for it. The in-game explanation is that the animals in Zuzu town are getting a strange rash, and those in Pelican Town want to make sure the pets' ears “can breathe for a few days”. This amusing explanation follows ConcernedApe stating that Stardew ValleyThe disappearing chicken bug is caused by coyotes that are on the farm.

While putting hats on pets is one feature that players without access to the 1.6 update have been waiting for, they probably won't have to wait long for a fix. ConcernedApe has already fixed some Stardew Valley 1.6, so it probably won't be long before this issue is fixed as well. for now Stardew Valley players will have to be patient and enjoy everything else Stardew ValleyIn the meantime, they must offer the 1.6 update.
