Video games look very different to a child compared to a teenager and compared to an adult. As players grow up with their favorite games, their emotions and perspectives change or perhaps strengthen. Everyone must have dreamed of living in the Wild West when they were younger. It was a classic childhood game of playing “cowboys” on the playground and Red Dead Redemption 2 provides players with the best western sim to live their life in the country.
It's also a story about outlaws and doing whatever they like, whether it's robbing banks, training horses, or exploring. It's the best American frontier game to date and one of Rockstar's best works overall.

Set during the Mongol invasion of the Japanese island of Tsushima, players will have to struggle to uphold the code and remain a noble samurai, or gain results through a new way of life: the way of the ninja. Either way, players can take down enemies in brutal ways Ghost of Tsushima's visceral combat along with exploring a beautiful world full of color and mystery.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2

Aside from generic things like pirates and cowboys, kids dream of having superpowers, and one of the best superhero games out there has to be Marvel's Spider-Man 2, or at least it's the best Spider-Man game.
Playing as Peter Parker and Miles Morales, players will defend New York City as best they can. They can swagger and look for crimes to bust, all while watching a gripping story inspired by the comics, but ultimately telling an original story. Additionally, this game gives the Peter the Venom suit symbiote to become a darker version of himself. What kid hasn't dreamed of fighting (or being) Venom when they grow up?

Since 1997, children have dreamed of becoming a witch or wizard and living in the world Harry Potter. Even though there were games based on the movies, it took developers decades to create an original game set in this universe, Hogwarts heritagewhere players can finally live out their wizarding fantasies at Hogwarts.
They can create a unique character, take classes and explore the grounds, even more so than Harry and his friends in the books. The developers set it up before Harry was born Hogwarts heritage they gave themselves enough space to create their own story and it works with magical effect.

Not only can players play as three separate characters and wreak havoc in Los Santos, but they can also use their shenanigans online. What started as a side mode quickly became the reason people shopped grand theft auto 5, like GTA Online became a chaotic lifestyle simulator for players to play.

Practically every child plays with LEGO sets at some point. This game goes beyond just building things as they tend to tell stories with their creations. Minecraft was the first game that felt like a virtual LEGO simulator, but it lacked a story.
While Minecraft allows children to be more creative, Dragon Quest Builders 2 nails both sides of the coin by giving players a world to create that is also full of adventure and combat. In addition, there is an entire island dedicated to multiplayer, where four friends can build their dream city together.
