ARC Raiders players have another new patch to download ahead of Riven Tides' big update later this month, this time with new fixes for the game crashing on PlayStation 5 and another exploit that allows players to duplicate certain items. Riven Tides will be the fourth and final content update for ARC RaidersThe plan is for 2026, but with plans to support the game for an entire decade, players can probably expect more patches to arrive in the future. Embark didn't detail their entire plans for this year, but the game plan gave fans an idea of what to expect in the first half of the year. In January, the studio released Headwinds, the first major ARC Raiders 2026 update, which included a controversial new 1v3 matchmaking option, a smaller map state, and more. February was followed by Shrouded Sky, followed by Flashpoint in March. Now that the end of April is fast approaching, fans are getting ready to jump into Riven Tides.

Embark is releasing a new ARC Raiders update for April 21st
However, before players get to Riven Tides, there is one last hotfix update for the community to download. latest ARC Raiders the patch was released today, April 21st, addressing a crash issue for PlayStation 5 players and a fix for players using the exploit to duplicate in-game items again. According to Embark, there will also be no store rotation this week, as the studio says it has pushed new cosmetics back for next week's big Riven Tides update, which launches on April 28. ARC Raiders update today, Embark has not released a detailed change log.
Duplication uses v ARC Raiders have appeared almost every month since the game's release late last year. Embark has been working hard to fix this problem with constant updates, but somehow players still find new ways to duplicate in-game items and weapons. While the latest issue doesn't seem to have been that widespread, players discovered quite possibly the easiest method of duplication a few months ago. Exploitation took over the game as almost every player duplicated throwable items like rubber ducks that could be sold for a fortune. However, Embark immediately patched the exploit and even punished those who exploited the bug.
When it comes to PlayStation 5 crashing issues, this has also been a persistent problem for many users. The problem seems to have increased drastically after March 31st ARC Raiders update, known as Flashpoint. Players quickly took to social media after the update, with some claiming their game crashed six times in a single session. Although it may still be a problem for some, that April 21st ARC Raiders the hotfix should help console users alleviate this problem.
