Raiza

The Silent Warrior of Wan

Raizo of the Mist is one of them One Piece's the most impressive and inventive ninjas. Raizo is a loyal supporter of the Kozuki clan and a member of the Akazaya Nine, and embodies traditional ninja skills, mastering stealth and agility, making him a dangerous opponent. What really sets Raizo apart is his ability to combine ancient ninja techniques with the supernatural powers of his Maki Maki no Mi (Scroll-Scroll Fruit). His Paramecia-type devil fruit gives him the ability to store items, attacks, and even fire-based techniques in scrolls and transform them into weapons at will. One of his bravest moments comes during the raid on Onigashi when he uses his scrolls to absorb and redirect Kaido's devastating bolo breath attack. This displays his quick thinking and proves to be a great ally for any group or faction. Even after decades of loss and hardship after Oden's death, he remained devoted in his mission to regain Wan's freedom.

Fukuroku

Leader of the Oniwabanshu

Fukurokuju is the leader of the Oniwabanshu v One piece and is a formidable ninja whose strength and skill have earned him a reputation as one of Wan's most dangerous warriors. He is the head of Orochi's bodyguard and exemplifies the traditional ninja traits of stealth and precision. His abilities reflect years of training and dedication to the art of Ninjutsu, making him the bodyguard of a noble figure like Orochi.

He also has elongated earlobes that he uses as whips against his opponents during battles. Even Raizo complemented Fukurokuya as a top level ninja during the Battle of Onigashima. While Raizo relied on his Scroll-Scroll Fruit, Fukurokuju countered with precise movements and strategic use of his paralyzing techniques and earlobes. Although Fukurokuju was ultimately defeated, his performance shows his dedication to his duty and refusal to give up even when the odds are against him.

Shinobu

The mysterious Kunoichi of Wano

Shinobu is the kunoichi of Wan, one of the loyal members of the Kozuki clan. She is also one of the most experienced and durable ninjas One piece as he often protects Momonosuke, the successor to Wan's throne, in the series. A member of Wan's secret Oniwabanshu in her youth, Shinobu mastered the art of Ninjutsu and has great stealth and agility to outsmart her enemies.

Shinobu ate Juku Juku no Mi (ripe fruit), a paramecia-type devil fruit that allows her to rapidly age anything she touches. This ability gives her a unique advantage in combat, allowing her to weaken the physical structures around her while distracting and disarming her enemies. Shinobu's importance was shown during the raid on Onigashima, where she played a significant role in infiltrating enemy territory and protecting Momonosuke. While she may not fit the mold of a great warrior in the series, Shinobu's courage, intelligence, and abilities solidify her place as one of the strongest ninja in One piece.

Daikoku

A muscle of the Oniwabanshu group

Another powerful ninja in the series is Daikoku, an elite ninja who served the previous Shogun of Wano, Kurozumi Orochi, before joining the Beast Pirates. Although a lesser opponent, he was a skilled ninja as he was part of Orochi's Oniwabanshu before joining Kaido's Legion. He was able to sneak up on Nico Robin in Wano with the rest of the Oniwabanshu while sneaking through the crowded banquette without drawing attention to himself. He also recovers from Robin's attack faster than usual, meaning he is very durable. While Daikoku's full abilities have yet to be revealed, his role as Orochi's protector suggests that he is skilled in both martial arts and tactical planning. Due to his size and armor, he likely uses a fighting style that combines raw strength with defensive techniques, making him a solid figure among the ninja.

The killer of Biwa

Benten is a kunoichi and a member of the Beast Pirates. She was also a member of Orochi's bodyguard before joining Kaida's pirate crew. Although she is a minor antagonist in the series, her calm demeanor hides the lethality of her ninja style. Like the other members of the Orochi Oniwabanshu, she is very skilled in silent movement. Inside his biwa, he uses a unique weapon, a concealed firearm, from which he fires string blows. Her special technique, the Silent Gun, allows her to quickly shoot her target. She also used it against the Straw Hat Swordsman, Roronoa Zoro, in Wano.
