The Revolutionary Army is an incredibly powerful group of individuals founded by none other than Monkey D. Dragon, a former Marine. Their goal is to destroy the order created by the Celestial Dragons and bring about real change in the world leading to justice. One Piece's The Revolutionary Army started out as a very small group called the Freedom Fighters, but over the years it has become incredibly powerful, so much so that it can actually challenge the government in many ways. The Revolutionary Army also has some very powerful fighters, all of whom have interesting abilities up their sleeves.

Inazuma

• Devil Fruit: Choki Choki no Mi

Inazuma is one of Ivankov's henchmen and serves as the deputy commander of the G Army. Fans know that he has the power of The Choki Choki no Mi, a Devil Fruit-type Paramecia ability that allows him to cut anything as if it were paper. While his full strength remains unknown, he certainly displayed a decent level of strength during his battles at Impel Down and Marineford. As far as members of the Revolutionary Army go, he certainly shines as one of the best, though nowhere near the top.

Ginny

Ginny was once the Eastern Commander of the Revolutionary Army. Since she held the position of commander, fans know for sure that she must have been very powerful. Ginny was seen fighting with a rifle. She might have had some decent hand-to-hand skills as well, but unfortunately fans didn't get to see much of her in action. She was eventually captured by the Celestial Dragons and became a slave and eventually died of Sapphire Scale.

Morley

• Devil Fruit: Oshi Oshi no Mi

• Haki: Armament, observation

The current western commander of the revolutionary army, Morley, is an incredibly powerful figure. With the power of Oshi Oshi no Mi, Morley can push the ground under and almost any other surface as if it were malleable. Morley also likely has access to Haki, as expected of a powerful revolutionary commander.

In Marijoa, Morley was seen going toe-to-toe with Admiral Green Bull, and this certainly proves that the skill this individual possesses is immense.

Lindbergh

Lindbergh is a mink cat and commander of the Southern Army of the Revolutionary Army. Lindbergh has no Devil Fruit ability, but has the ability to use Haki as well as Electro.

He also uses many inventions in battles, and although his true power has not been shown, fans know for sure that he must be very powerful. It is also possible that he is a user of the Sulong form, which would further enhance his power.

White Betty

• Devil Fruit: Kobu Kobu no Mi

• Haki: Armament, Observation

Revolutionary Army Eastern Army Commander Belo Betty is a force to be reckoned with. With the power of Kobu Kobu no Mi, he is a huge threat to the world government as he can gather people together by tapping into their hidden potential with his fruit. Betty is also a good fighter in her own right, having earned an incredibly high reward of 457 million berries. He is an incredibly important asset to the Revolutionary Army, especially because he can enrage people and make them strong enough to resist oppression.

Karas

• Devil Fruit: Susu Susu no Mi

Karasu is the commander of the Northern Army of the Revolutionary Army and certainly one of the strongest individuals under Monkey D. Dragon. He has a Logia-type Susu Susu no Mi ability that allows him to change into soot, creating and controlling soot at will. He was seen going against Admiral Fujitoro during the Reverie arc and held up extremely well, which is quite impressive. His true strength has yet to be revealed, but fans can rest assured that he is a dangerous individual and arguably the strongest of the four naval commanders.

Bartholomew Kuma

• Devil Fruit: Nikyu Nikyu no Mi

• Haki: Armament, Observation

Bartholomew Kuma is a former member of the Revolutionary Army. Although he is not currently part of it, he has served this army for quite some time in the past, and if he can regain full consciousness, he will probably rejoin this group. Kuma has the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi power, which gives him paws on his hands that can deflect basically anything at various speeds up to the speed of light.

This is also why his ability is known as Hands of Liberation. Kuma is a buccaneer, which means he has tremendous physical strength. He also uses powerful Haki as seen on Egghead where he punched one of the elders, Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, causing quite a bit of damage. His full power has not yet been seen in the series.

Emporio Ivankov

• Devil Fruit: Horu Horu no Mi

• Haki: Armament, Observation

Emporio Ivankov is the main army commander of the Revolutionaries and a huge threat to the world government. With the power of Horu Horu no Mi, Ivankov can manipulate hormones at will. His fighting strength is such that he can hold his own against Magellan and survive his poison as well. He's certainly an incredibly powerful individual whose true power is probably much higher now after the timeskip and will continue to grow in the Final Saga story, especially given that he's always by Dragon's side as his right-hand man.

Sabo

• Devil Fruit: Mera Mera no Mi

• Haki: Armament, Observation

Revolutionary Army Chief of Staff Sabo is one of the most famous people in the world. He is also known as the Flame Emperor and much of this is due to him wielding the power of the Mera Mera no Mi. Sabo also uses very powerful Haki and is a master of Ryusoken. His true strength remains unknown, but fans have seen him fight against the Admiral and easily hold his own, which only proves that he is an individual capable of fighting at the same caliber as these naval monsters.

Monkey D. Dragon

• Devil Fruit: Unknown

• Haki: Armament, Observation, Conqueror

Of course, the supreme leader of the revolutionary army, Dragon, is the strongest fighter in the group. He is the worst criminal in the world, which is why he makes the world government a huge headache. Draco's full strength was not seen, but it wouldn't be inaccurate to say that he was just as strong as a Yonko, if not stronger. He wields an unknown Devil Fruit ability that allows him to manipulate the weather to some degree, which was first teased in Chapter 100, and also wields powerful Haki of all three types.
