Many of the voice actors are back for Season 2 Solo leveling. Back to the Japanese version, Sung Jinwoo will be voiced by Taito Ban, who will lend his cool and determined voice to the character, gaining fans thanks to his dynamic voice work in roles such as Frieren and The angel next door spoils me rotten. As shown in the movie ReAwakening
Just this month, a compilation film titled Solo Leveling: ReAwakening was also released in theaters; the film recaps the first season and includes the first two episodes of season 2, giving fans an early look at the new season's content. As Sung Jinwoo's abilities continue to evolve, he is thrust into increasingly dangerous situations in the upcoming season. A significant event occurs when Jinwoo accompanies his sister Jinah to a parent-teacher meeting, where he is asked to advise Han Song Yi, an E-Rank hunter and Jinah's friend, about the dangers of pursuing the path of a hunter. Rather, Jinwoo enlists Ahn Sangmin from the White Tiger Guild to help arrange for the C-rank to observe the raid so they can observe him.
I will protect my family, even if it means turning all the hunters in the world against me.
This raid almost turns out to be anything but, as the Gate suddenly changes, transporting the group into a treacherous isolated dimension with dangerous enemies such as ice elves and giant polar bears. Jinwoo refused to hide in this desperate situation, and the ability to lead and fight his way through the dungeon is now crucial to their survival. His growth since last season is amazing, protecting Han Song Yi and B-Rank Mage Park Heejin from imminent threats. That Red Gate is experiencing such hardships is a sign of Jinwoo's growing strength and tact, whose levels will continue to grow and characters will develop more. Judging by only two episodes, we can expect the new season to be much better than the first (which was incredible to begin with). Winter 2025, especially the month of January, is packed with incredible news, and it's only going to get better from here on out.
