Bounties are rewards given by the World Government to pirates or other criminals that go against what the World Government has outlined. In general, rewards depend on two factors. The first factor is the strength of the individual who takes up arms against the government, and the second is how much of a threat they pose to the government. Arguably, the rewards form one of the most exciting parts One pieceand over the years we have seen the unveiling of some of the highest and most exciting rewards. However, there are also some of the highest rewards that remain a mystery to this day.

Due to his position in the Red Hair Pirates, Lucky Roux will be one of the most wanted men in the One Piece world. Roux's bounty is sure to be in the billions, especially since he is the second most powerful commander of the group.
With the story now starting to focus more on the Red Hair Pirates, fans will definitely see more attention on him.

Diamond Jozu was one of the strongest individuals in the Whitebeard Pirates. He was the commander of the third garrison division and led the Whitebeard Pirates combat unit. In terms of strength, he was able to hold his own against an admiral, which is nothing short of impressive.
His Haki, as well as his physical strength, speed, and Devil Fruit control were absolutely perfect. Jozu's bounty would surely exceed a billion, especially since Izo had a bounty of 510 million despite not being anywhere close to him in terms of strength.

That alone should have raised his reward over a billion berries. At the same time, however, Gaban was also one of Roger's strongest men. In fact, Gaban along with Rayleigh formed Roger's left and right hand and his importance to Roger Pirates cannot be underestimated. His power is also on par with Roger's and equal to Rayleigh's, making him worth billions.

He's actively fighting the government right now, and that could mean his reward is even higher than Yonko. Fans will most likely find out about his reward very soon.
