E-Day reveals pre-order bonuses and $300 collector's edition

Gears of War: E-Day has pulled back the curtain on its pre-order bonuses and its $300 Collector's Edition. Gears of War: E-Day was the headline game at the most recent Xbox Games Showcase, with Microsoft not only showing off an extended gameplay presentation to kick off the show, but also a full-on Direct afterwards.

Gears of War: E-Day is a prequel that sees fan favorites Marcus and Dom as the two main playable characters. The game chronicles the titular Day of Emergence, when the Locust hordes first emerged from the earth and began wreaking havoc on the planet Sera.
