Find the hidden Echo v “Onyx Forest” chapter.
This hidden echo is found after escaping Nemesis and the cave in Chapter 4. When you use your Pathfinder outside the cave, you will see Cave Secondary brand. Head into this cave to find the Echo hidden inside.

freeze 3 times “storm” chapter.
Ariane will freeze to death in the Equatorial Storm if she doesn't take cover in time. When you're standing in the middle of a storm, you can easily die from exposure to the cold. Do this three times to get the Absolute Zero achievement.

Cross the river without dying in it “The Styx” chapter.
This achievement only applies to the “Styx River” part of the chapter after Ariane jumps into the river. Go through this section without dying to get the achievement.

A budding glaciologist
Interact with a strange ice sculpture.
This achievement is unlocked by the user using an EM scanner on one of the ice formations in game to get a glyph. We recommend doing this in the second chapter because the ice formation with the glyph is right next to the starting point.
Approach the ice formation using your EM scanner and adjust the frequency as you did for your first anomaly. Then interact with the ice formation to unlock the achievement.

Carry out 15 perfect grabs in a row while climbing.
Successfully perform 15 climbing grabs without tripping or falling. While the 15 jumps must be consecutive, they do not all have to be done during the same climb. A few perfect shorter climbs will accomplish success.

Carry out 3 perfect balances.
Cross three thin bridges without falling or nearly falling.

Die 20 times to fall.
Die 20 times while falling, including jumping from ledges and falling from walls into holes.

Escape the Nemesis Arena without being detected.
Term Nemesis Arena refers to the cave in Chapter 7, “The Storm”, where Ariane has to sneak past Nemesis. To escape the arena without being detected, you'll need to constantly activate decoy anomalies and stay crouched the whole time.
Successfully escaping the arena without Nemesis hearing will earn you this achievement.

Get killed 10 times by Nemesis.
Get killed by Nemesis at least 10 times while playing Aphelion. Your deaths in each mission are included in this count.

Dispensable crew
Find all the bodies of Project Aphelion crew members.
Unlocking this achievement requires you to find and research all five Project Aphelion crew members found in the story. To get success, you it must fully interact with each body learn their identities and their deaths. If you miss even one piece of dialogue, you won't get the achievement.
Players will find the bodies of each crew member in the following locations:
Marcus Macallan the body is in Commander Leary's quarters in Chapter 6.
Marcus Springs the body is in the greenhouse of chapter 6. After you go through the long corridor that ends with a left and right path, go left to find it.
Frank Leary the body is in the room to the left of the Archive's oxygen tank in Chapter 8.
Domenica Cano's the body is in the small building that Ariane enters on her way to Nex in Chapter 9.
Phaedra Duan the body is found on the ledge next to the broken rope in chapter 10.

Fail the command door code 3 times in a row.
This achievement applies to the lock on Commander Leary's door in Chapter 6, “The Base”. When you find this door, go ahead and enter a random number three times. We used “444444” to get the success.
