Kobolds
Kobolds are much smaller and less powerful descendants of the dragons, they are harsh inventors who eager to serve their fiery masters. Demon
Smarter, wiser and wilder than your average zombies, Ghouls can be created using a ghul fever infected with their bite. Necromancers or Lies can use Ghouly as their primary servants, pawns and followers who are able to think and move ways that typical undead can't.
Ghouls also makes decent packages hunters, because necromancers could send groups in the time to terrorize villages or trace the interference of adventure parties and hoped to use their infecting bite to grow their ranks. The Ghouls are easily replaced and infinitely dissolving and are ideal minions for the Master of the undead.
Skeletons and zombies also create useful workers and are easier for necromance to create and control.

Watches' design
Made of metals, gears and stones, Clockwork constructions are animated slot machines that are built for any number of tasks. Creating chaotic artists who collect the army of powerful soldiers is often every new construct of the watch often stronger and larger than the last.
Especially brilliant craftsmen could even automate and produce the mass of deadly machines limited by available materials and energy. The main problem with watch minions is their lack of intelligence, which is only useful for the explicit purpose for which they were created.

Merregon
Once minions who have served their evil masters in their lives, their souls turn into Merregons, devilish pedestrian soldiers who guard nine hell. Their faces are gold masks permanently attached to their heads and make perfect servants for the devils.
In fact, Merregons have no other desire than complete and total loyalty, and if necessary, they decide to perform any desired task, even their own death. Cambiony, arc devils and devils devils are often followed by a merregon acting as bodyguards or search parties.

Friction
Humanoid beings turned underwater monster, sea friction is formed from one of the many powerful beings lurking in depths. Lost to your old self, sea friction is shaped to resemble most types of underwater life, while unable to return to the ground for a long time without suffocation.
Sea spawn create perfect minions for Krakens, Dragon Turtle, Morkoths and Sea Hags, using their large territories and attacking on passing ships or curious adventurers.
