Ellis White is one of James Bond's targets in Vietnam, and you'll need to track him down and deploy the Q-Trak with a little help (luckily, we're all help, which you'll need anyway). This 007 First Light the mission can be a bit tricky, especially since there are 3 challenges associated with Ellis that you don't want to miss.

007 First Light: A Time to Die – All Challenges Guide
The resort is anything but relaxing for James Bond in the 'Time to Die' mission, especially when you're responsible for completing 23 challenges!

How to find Ellis in 007 First Light (Party Crasher Challenge Guide)
Once you arrive at the resort, you will want to go down the stairs and continue southeastso follow the path down the stairs and rock steps until you get to you find a bar with an ocean viewwhich is blocked by two guards.
Once you talk to the guards, two women will come up and sit behind you. These women have a party flyer that you must take, so stun them with the Phone Dart or Laser Strap and then pick up the flyer in your pocket. and return to the guards to join the party.
This will get you the Party Crasher Challenge, but there are two more challenges (and a sub-mission to serve Ellis a drink, found below)
How to get the Ocean View Bar Key in 007 First Light (Blanc the Brut & Key Master Challenge Guide)
After approaching Ellis, you'll be tasked with following Jonty to find the bar keys. To do this, approach the wine list on the edge of the bar and read it.
Now you can talk to the bartender on the left side of the bar, press “order from menu“, then select one of the dialogue options, which will cause the bartender to walk away and give you Challenge Blanc the Brut.
When the bartender was gone enter behind the bar and go through the door. You will now be in the warehouse, but there are two guards blocking your way forward.
Head to the red tool box and you'll find a hose that you can turn on to distract them. With the guards distracted, head for the keys and safe across the ledge to exit through the back door and safely return to Jonty.
Getting the keys without being detected will reward you with the Key Master Challenge and now it's time to serve Ellis a drink and complete the first part of the “Plant Q-Traks” objective.
How to serve Ellis a drink in 007 First Light
Return to Ellis with Jonty and you will be able to unlock the minibar and make Ellis a drink. There are four options and I don't think it matters which one you choose, but I chose the Taquila Slammer because Ellis asked for something that “kicks harder than a mule“.
Once Ellis gets the potion you made for him, you can leave the area at will and mark one of your three objectives. We've covered the other two objectives in separate guides found here, including their exclusive challenges:
