Towards the end Indiana Jones and the Great CircleIn the Vatican level, players will unlock a Fieldwork side quest called “Nun in Trouble”. On this quest, he teams up with Gina Lombardi to help find her nun friend who has gone missing. After climbing the treacherous Borgia Tower and knocking out the guard who interrogated her, the nun gives Indy the key to a room halfway up the tower.


Entering this room offers players a side quest called “Father and Son”, where players need to unlock the safe using the Polybius Square to decipher a code hidden in a nearby poem. Unlocking this safe will reward the player with four collectibles, which are two photos and two documents.

Two photos show Indy discovering an ancient cat mummy in Siwa and talking to Antonio in his Vatican office, suggesting that someone has been spying on Indy for several weeks. Two documents are even juicier, suggesting that these spies aren't just interested in one member of the Jones family.

While one of these documents, called “Junior Report” revolves around spies on Indy, the other document, called “Senior Report”, suggests that his father was also the subject of surveillance. Starring Sean Connery in Indiana Jones and the Last CrusadeHenry Walton Jones Sr. dedicated his entire life to the search for the Holy Grail.


This cryptic tracking report states that Henry Jones Sr.'s research on the Holy Grail is not a threat to the “Reclamation Project” and as such is no longer a target. It is also mentioned that Henry Sr. and his son have been estranged for many years, meaning that Indy is unlikely to involve him in the search for the ancient cat mummy that was stolen from his college. After completing the Father and Son task, Indy comments, “Did they even spy on you, Dad?”
