Years before announced, the Oblivion Remaster was escaped in the Bethesd's inner plan, which was accidentally shared by FTC, but it was not the only classic game.
Fallout 3 Remaster was also planned to release the title, although it is worth noting that the document was already outdated when it first escaped in 2023. Games like Elder Scrolls 6 were scheduled for the fiscal year 2024, which ended last June, and some projects such as 3 and Ghostwire Sequel.
As already mentioned, with a huge success of oblivion, it is unlikely that Bethesda canceled Fallout 3, only pushed it back. So, when Fallout keeps head, fans speculated that Bethesda would finally announce a remaster and match the second season of the TV series. However, the renowned leak of Nathethhehate is not convinced: “I would be very surprised if they mentioned this soon.”
NateThehate said something similar to the beginning of this year, in April, shortly after Virtuos accidentally revealed our first sight of Remaster Oblivion. With its confirmation, many took it to mean that other projects in the title plan may soon be confirmed, but NateThehate stressed that “it will take a while to see” Fallout 3.
This is hardly surprising given that it was planned on the market in the same year as Elder Scrolls 6 or two years after oblivion. If this timeline is still valid, then we first look at the 2027 release and the Oblivion Remaster was announced only weeks before starting. If Fallout 3 follows a suit, we will not hear anything for some time.
As for what we can expect during the show at the end of this month on October 23, Bethesda simply said that she would give the news “about the current matches, community celebrations and the upcoming fan events”, probably focusing on the TV series and the upcoming Fallout Expansion – Burning Springs. So do not keep your breath for Fallout 3 remaster.
