The PS5 version of Battlegrounds is worse than the Xbox version

The lower resolution isn't the only advantage the Xbox has over the PlayStation in the new one PUBG ports. Current players will be able to keep their earned achievements when switching from Xbox One to Series X or S, but trophies will not carry over between PS4 and PS5. This is not the first time that PlayStation fans have encountered this problem Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 trophies didn't carry over to PS5 and the same happened with Skyrim: Anniversary Edition before that. According to PUBG Studios, the transfer would be too technically complex to implement due to all the data involved.
