How to recruit Alfira as a party companion in Baldur's Gate 3

Before jumping into the game, you first need to make sure you have the correct mod file installed to recruit Alfira. This can easily be done from the Patch 7 Mod menu by loading Baldur's Gate 3 to the main menu, selecting the Mods button and then using the search bar to find and install the correct mod. This mod is called AlfiraJoinsTheParty and was created by mod author adriant1978. After installing this mod, start a new one Baldur's Gate 3 go through and work your way through the first stage of the story until you come across the Emerald Grove. Once you've won the fight against the Goblins, entered the Grove, talked to Zevlor, and talked to the other individuals you'll want to talk to at the gates, you can move on to the process of recruiting Alfira.

Head to the Emerald Grove to find Alfira in her usual spot trying to work on her song.
Help Alfira finish her song. This is the only way to recruit her, so you'll need to opt for the Performer Feat if you want to get the music/instrument skills.
After completing Alfira's Song, you can spend the rest of your game day completing and advancing other quests around the Grove and surrounding areas. Saving Mirkon from the Harpies and starting the investigation of Aunt Ethel are both viable options.
Once you've made enough progress to satisfy yourself or used up all your short rests, you'll need to complete a long rest.
After Long Rest starts, Alfira will visit your camp and a recruitment scene usually reserved for playing Durge will take place.
You can now choose to welcome Alfira into the fold, but this time she's here to stay!
From now on, Alfira can be integrated into your party, leveled up, and respected just like any other support character.
